Withdrawal fees
Your monthly fee entitles you to make a total of five assisted or electronic withdrawals each month (with a maximum of two assisted withdrawals). Fees apply for excess withdrawals as follows and are quoted in Australian Dollars:

Non-Commonwealth Bank ATM fees
An Access Fee will be charged on withdrawals and account balance enquiries you make through an ATM of ASB Bank in New Zealand, Commonwealth Bank in Indonesia and Commonwealth Bank in Vietnam of AUD $2.00 each
Note: The Bank will not charge Access Fees on withdrawals or account balance enquiries on deposit and transaction accounts (including MISA), home loans, investment home loans, lines of credit and personal loans through non-Commonwealth Bank ATMs in Australia. However, ATM owners may charge a fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. If you proceed with the transaction, the ATM owner's fee will be debited to your account (in addition to the withdrawal amount, if applicable). You should check the ATM owner's fees that apply carefully before completing transactions at non-Commonwealth Bank ATMs in Australia.
International ATMs and EFTPOS
To make travelling easier, you can use your Commonwealth Bank keycard in any international ATM carrying the Cirrus, Maestro or Visa Plus signs and also for most EFTPOS purchases. The following fees apply:

Account opening conditions
An opening deposit is required to be remitted into this account within four weeks from the date of account opening. Failure to do so may result in its automatic closure.Until your account is formally activated in person, a stop will remain on the account preventing any withdrawal of funds. To activate your account you will need to take a copy of your account opening letter (this is forwarded to your nominated postal or email address), along with your passport to your nominated Branch.
A Debit card and PIN number will be ordered for all applicants on the account and will be available for your collection at your nominated Commonwealth Bank branch in Australia, details of this branch will be provided on account opening.
